Session Information

All session fees:  £60 for 50 minutes


For new clients, I recommend that we book a free, no-obligation initial phone call to explore if this is the right service for you. If after the phone call you would like to book in sessions, we will agree on a suitable time each week to meet.

I also have a limited number of concession fees for low-income earners and students. Please get in touch for further details.

Face to Face Counselling

Individual face-to-face sessions are an opportunity to meet in person each week. It allows us to have the stability and comfort of meeting in the same, warm, confidential environment,  at a time that works for you.

 

Monday and Tuesday sessions are held at:

Wednesday sessions are held at:

Virtual Therapy

Online and/or over-the-phone therapy means that you can access counselling from the comfort of your own home. It allows us to be have more flexible sessions, working in a way that fits your current routine.

 

​Sessions are held on:

Google Meet

Walk and Talk Therapy

Walk and Talk therapy, essentially means sessions are held outdoors.

It can feel like a more relaxing and mindful experience for many clients.

Sessions will be held in Pontcanna Fields and Bute Park
